Who we share your data with

We share personal data only as needed to run our business, with the following categories of recipient:

  • Hosting provider — Hostinger, which hosts our website infrastructure
  • Form and CMS provider — Elementor, which processes form submissions before they reach us
  • Professional advisers — accountants, lawyers, insurers, where necessary
  • Regulators or law enforcement — where required by law

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

When acting as a data processor for our clients (for example, when handling claimant data as part of a redress reporting engagement), we process that data only on the documented instructions of the law firm or litigation funder, under a separate Data Processing Agreement.

International transfers

Some of our processors are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the UK Government’s adequacy decisions, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or UK International Data Transfer Agreements / Standard Contractual Clauses where adequacy does not apply.

How long we keep your data

  • Enquiries that do not result in an engagement: up to 24 months from the date of last contact
  • Client records and case-related data: 6 years after the end of the engagement, to align with the standard UK limitation period for contractual claims
  • Website server logs and cookie data: as set out in our Cookie Policy
  • Records required by law (for example, tax records): for the periods required by HMRC and other regulators
